This Website was created to conduct research and surveys among Users and research patterns of user behaviour on the Internet and promote services and solutions that are being developed within the project scope.
This Website collects some Personal information (Data) from its Users. This Policy defines how by whom and in what situations the information about the User obtained through the Website is collected and processed.

User should not use this Website if he/she does not agree with this Policy. The titles of the headings (articles) of the Policy are for convenience only and do not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Policy. Personal Information that ABLE collects

ABLE collects the following information:
  • User’s email address;

- the problems encountered by the User;
- the computer used by the User (type, model, etc.);
- what the user is looking for on the Internet;

Information that belongs to the category of "others" can be found by receiving a questionnaire or the survey.

How ABLE gets user’s information

ABLE gets User’semail address when Users enters (leaves) their email address in the appropriate place on the Website, thereby agreeing to take the survey.

ABLE gets User’s Internet usage and Internet search pattern when the User:

- agrees to the Research Terms and Conditions which are available at the following link https://able.ac/research-terms-and-conditions;

- enters (leaves) their email address in the appropriate place on the Website;

- answers the questions that are in the questionnaire or survey;

- send the questionnaire or survey to ABLE using the functionality of the Website.

Also, ABLE may aggregate or de-identify the information ABLE collects. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

How ABLE uses user’s information

ABLE uses the User’s email address to implement the survey, in accordance with the Research Terms and Conditions and enforce the Website's terms and policy.
ABLE uses User’s Internet usage and Internet search patterns to:

- analyze User’s usage of the Internet so that it can find ways to make User’s experience better with ABLE's potential future services;

- develop, operate, improve, enhance, deliver, maintain and support ABLE's future services;

How user’s information may be shared

ABLE does not and never have sold consumers' personal information. ABLE may share User’s personal information in the following ways:

Within AEGIS ALPHA's corporate group. ABLE may share information with our subsidiaries and partners, which will be required to use the User’s information as described in this Policy.

In the event of a merger, sale, or other asset transfers. ABLE may share some information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider.

User’s choices

User has certain choices about the personal information stored in ABLE’s Website. ABLE will verify User's request by asking User to send request from the email address left to ABLE earlier or to provide the information necessary to verify User's identity.

Data Retention

Personal data (Information) must be processed and stored for as long as is required for the purpose for which it was collected. Consequently:

- Personal data (Information) collected for purposes related to the implementation of the agreement (Research Terms and Conditions) between the ABLE and the User is stored until such an agreement is fully implemented or the Parties do not want to terminate the relationship early;

- Personal data (Information) collected for the purpose of observing and protecting the legitimate interests of the ABLE, as well as for the economic/business needs of the ABLE, is stored for as long as necessary to achieve such goals. Users can find specific information about the legitimate interests pursued by the ABLE in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the ABLE.

ABLE may be allowed to store the Personal data (Information) for a longer period of time if the User has consented to such processing, if such consent is not withdrawn and if such consent is required in accordance with applicable law. In addition, ABLE may be required to retain Personal data (Information) for a longer period of time when required to comply with a legal obligation or by order of a government agency or when required by applicable law.

After the expiration of the storage period, the Personal data (Information) must be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to Personal data (Information) portability cannot be exercised after the expiration of the retention period.

User agrees that all information processed by ABLE may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the European Union, the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where User live. ABLE has taken appropriate safeguards to require that User’s personal information will remain protected and require ABLE’s third-party service providers and partners to have appropriate safeguards as well.

ABLE takes steps to ensure that User’s information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, no system is 100% secure, and ABLE cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information which User provides to ABLE. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABLE does not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
