As 2022 came to a close, our team was faced with an array of challenges that threatened to derail all of the progress we had made. The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has disrupted essential utilities like electricity and communication, making it nearly impossible for us to stay connected and work efficiently. It was as if we had been transported back to the days of 1995 when internet cafes and limited connectivity were the norm. In our desperate search for stable internet and power, we found ourselves frantically scouring the landscape for a place where we could simply hold a Zoom meeting.
Despite the many obstacles we faced, there was a sense of joy and relief when we were finally able to connect and communicate with each other online. The situation reminded us of just how fortunate we are to have access to these technologies and how grateful we should be for the ability to connect with loved ones, no matter what challenges we may be facing.
As difficult as it was to navigate through these difficulties, they ultimately strengthened our resolve and deepened our appreciation for the simple things we often take for granted. The end of 2022 was a reminder of our team's resilience and determination and the incredible power of technology to bring us together despite seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

We've always been committed to keeping up with the latest tools and advances in our field. And recently, we took some time to look back and reexamine the research we did two years ago, with the aim of re-evaluating the foundation and purpose of ABLE's knowledge base. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that it will truly enhance human intelligence and support our users in the most meaningful way possible rather than just being a collection of information. And, of course, we want the experience of using the knowledge base to be enjoyable and beneficial for our users.

Through this process, we've gained a greater understanding of how our knowledge base functions and how people use it. We've been carefully reviewing and analyzing these interactions, and we're on a continuous journey to improve and refine how our knowledge base will serve and support our users.

As we set our sights on the new year, 2023, we are determined to keep pushing forward and improving upon the knowledge base feature of our app as the situation allows. We know that this aspect of the app has the potential to greatly enhance the user experience, and we're dedicated to making it as user-friendly and helpful as possible.

But let's be real, we've definitely faced some challenges along the way. It's never easy to build something from scratch, and there have definitely been moments when we've wanted to throw in the towel. But through it all, we've remained committed to our goal of delivering the best possible experience to our users.

So, in the coming year, we'll be laser-focused on fine-tuning and refining the knowledge base, with the ultimate goal of integrating it seamlessly with the browsing experience. It won't be easy, but we believe the end result will be worth it. And we can't wait to see how our users respond.
